New band 60 meters (5 MHz) in the Czech Republic

The new WARC band 5 MHz (5351,5 to 5366,5 kHz) will not be open for OK HAMs in 2017. 

According to “Radioamater 1/2017” (magazine of the Czech Radio Club): The Czech Telecommutions Office says that OK HAMs can still use a few channels (from 5272.5 to 5405.0 kHz)  when they have obtained the special license. It would be valid for this year ( 2017). The new WARC band 5 MHz will be maybe open for the OK HAMs in 2018.
